• A Look at the Espionage Act of 1917 for the Internet Age, by Whitney Partridge and Nima Zahadat - ISSA member, Northern Virginia Chapter. The Espionage Act of 1917 has recently come into focus due to coverage of some high-profile cases. It revives the privacy concerns and arguments that have lasted since its inception. This article explores the impact of the Espionage Act, stressing why it should be reformed or even removed entirely.
